How do I earn rewards?

You will earn 10 points for every $1 you spent at a participating Ben's Soft Pretzels location.

Will my rewards ever expire?  
Your rewards are yours for the life of the account, but if they are not used in 6 months or the account is closed voluntarily or involuntarily, you will lose any rewards you have not redeemed.

Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can earn? 
There is no cap on the number of rewards you can earn on purchases.

How do I redeem my rewards?  

You can trade-in 160 points for $1 off of your order. You must use a min. of 160 points and you must use increments of 160 points at a time.

 

Can I redeem my rewards for cash?No, all rewards are paid within a sales transaction and cannot be redeemed for legal tender. All redemption will be taken at the time of transaction.  No points are given on cents and rounded down to the nearest dollar.
